You may Consult on your own, but you are part of a community that supports one another. Each Consultant defines a territory that they serve. How many schools and how many teachers can you serve? Start with a single school, then expand according to your time commitment

Approach Consulting as a Team—go with your strengths, share the workload, and contribute where you can. It's not about the money; it's about purpose and service. Some will create digital lesson plans, others WAY Game Cards and support materials. Team members can also go to schools to teach or monitor games. There is lots to do as a SWAY Consultant. It's all in the course.

What's the Catch?

SWAY offers a unique payment plan - the course is free except for CAP Notebooks, for which I receive a modest royalty per sale. My mission is to enrich others. Consultants charge fees. Teachers have access to cash for classroom supplies, students can win prizes, and, if there is anything left over, a bonus for the teacher and a gift for any volunteers.   Parents are spending less on school supplies and are more effectively engaged.
